Phase 1: Online Placement Assessment

Phase 2: A detailed Skills Assessment performed onsite or at a TriNova PTU®
After the initial placement assessment, a detailed skills assessment gives us a clearer view of how large the gaps might be. Again, this helps to laser focus any future training activities.
TIME: 1.5 HOUR WRITTEN EXAM & 3 HOUR LAB
RESULTS: SKILLS GAP REPORT
DELIVERY OF RESULTS: WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS
Phase 3: Onsite interviews of individual technicians and managers
A third component to the Technician Assessment program will allow more input to the process for the individuals involved. In this phase an interview is conducted with each person to gain valuable insight from them on what they see their skills gaps being.
TIME: 7 HOURS
RESULTS: MORE ENHANCED GAP ANALYSIS
